What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 50 pieces per design, per color. This lets small brands and startups launch, test and scale multiple styles at once without heavy upfront investment.
How long does sampling take?
You receive a free digital mockup within 24 hours, and a physical sample within 7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place a bulk order.
What are the production and delivery times?
Bulk production takes around 15 days after sample approval. Shipping by DHL/FedEx/UPS takes 3–7 days; sea freight takes 20–35 days depending on the destination.
Can I combine several hat styles in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix different styles, colors and logos in one order as long as each design meets the 50-piece MOQ. We consolidate everything into a single shipment to save you freight.
Can you make caps from my own design or logo?
Yes — we offer full OEM & ODM service. Send us your artwork and we handle embroidery, printing, 3D puff, woven labels, custom packaging and fit adjustments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment.
Do you provide free samples or digital mockups?
Digital mockups are always free. Physical samples are charged at cost and the fee is refunded against your bulk order. We can also arrange video walkthroughs of the factory.
Do you help with artwork if I only have an idea?
Yes. Our design team creates cap tech packs and vector artwork from your rough idea or sketch — free digital mockups let you visualize the result before any cost is committed.
